Welcome to the Missouri Unified Certification Program Certification Portal! The Missouri UCP is responsible for DBE certification in the state of Missouri and provides firms with a central location to apply and search for certified firms.

To apply for DBE and/or ACDBE certification you may contact one of the Certifying Partners by clicking on their logo below. Please note, if seeking DBE and ACDBE certification or only ACDBE certification, you must apply with the City of St. Louis/Lambert Airport or the City of Kansas City. MoDOT, KCATA and Bi-State Development do not process ACDBE certification applications.
